This application ("Automations") is a private, self-hosted system operated by the Petrutoni household. It is not a public service and has no external users.
The application accesses data from connected accounts (such as email and messaging platforms) solely for the purpose of personal aggregation and notification. This includes message metadata such as sender names, subject lines, timestamps, and message content.
All data is processed and stored locally on private infrastructure. Data is used exclusively for personal convenience — organising messages, generating feeds, and keeping track of communications. No data is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
The application connects to third-party APIs (such as the Gmail API) using OAuth 2.0 with the minimum required scopes (read-only access). Credentials are stored locally and are never transmitted to any party other than the originating service.
Data is retained locally for as long as it is useful. There is no automated deletion schedule. Since the system is private, the operator can delete any stored data at any time.
